We all need role models.
As of March 1, 2026, Kello Inclusive has become the official inclusive division of All Heart Talent, a partnership we are incredibly excited about as we work to make this industry more inclusive. As All Heart’s official Inclusive Division, Kello continues to represent models, actors, entertainers, and keynote speakers, all who identify as disabled or visibly different. You can check out some of the major brands and clients Kello talent has worked with since our launch in 2022 here. Before you apply, we do want to share a few things with you:
- You don’t need industry experience to apply, although it is a huge plus. We look for confidence, commitment, responsiveness, and a willingness to learn.
- Some travel, often on short notice, is common in this industry. Being close to a major production city such as Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Los Angeles, or New York is helpful, but not required.
- At this time, most of the opportunities and support we can offer are based in Canada. Applicants outside Canada are still welcome to apply, especially as we plan to expand further into the U.S. later in 2026, but please note that current opportunities may be limited.
- We typically review applications on a rolling basis. Please allow up to 30 days to hear back from us.
- Professional headshots are a basic industry standard that we encourage all talent to invest in. You can learn more here.
- Self-taping is a very common and often expected part of this industry. Please review a few self-taping basics here to make sure this is something you are comfortable with.
